The Grumpy Monk was absolutely awesome! It's like walking into a quaint pub. The staff are extremely focused on giving you the best in food and atmosphere. The food was spectacular? I got the seafood platter. The fish melted in your mouth like butter.

Love this place!! They make the best tater tots and I love tater tots. Husband had a blue cheese burger and he loved it. I had a chicken buffalo sandwich without the buffalo. It was very good, I will be getting that again. I add ranch dressing to the sandwich since I don't care for hot and spicy.

To start off I had an excellent experience and am looking forward to going back. Our waitress was amazing, very attentive and was always making sure everything was okay. She said she was new but seemed very comfortable and experienced with the job. The food was excellent.

I’m not usually inclined to leave reviews, but I was really impressed with dinner last night! Food was delicious, tons of options (including vegetarian and vegan) service was good, prices very reasonable, and all staff wearing masks properly. Will definitely be back!

This location of the Grumpy Monk has been amazing! Great location, great food and amazing craft beer!! The sushi is made to order and always first class!! Our whole family enjoys the music and the service is always on point!! Best thing about the North Myrtle Beach location.
