I am so happy to share my love of Pizza with you. Born and raised in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, my father instilled my love of cooking delicious cuisine... when I was a hyper bucktoothed kid with a bowl cut. I started cooking in restaurants, the same year that Adrian's Pizza was founded, in 1996. In 1999, I joined the Adrian's Pizza family, worked for all the Adrian's locations, and many other North Hills pizzerias. I always dreamed of one day owning an Adrian's.
With my business degree from Pitt, I was top a Food Sales rep for a local distributor. After years of saving, and spending my evenings and weekends tossing Adrian's pies, I was finally able to live my dream. In the Fall of 2014, I purchased the Adrian's Pizza North Hills/Thompson Run, which has been open since Autumn 2011.
With a dinning room perfect for parties, and using only the finest ingredients, we offer top quality catering, delivery, dine-in, and take out. It brings me great joy to fight hunger daily, and feed my friends, family, and neighbors in Shaler, Ross, Allison Park, Glenshaw, Hampton, McCandless, West View, Rt 8, McKnight Rd, North Park and parts of Rt 19, Ingomar, Reserve, Milllvale, & Etna.
